Your rental payment reserves your space & constitutes your
acceptance of our regulations. If the event is cancelled or postponed,
rental fees are fully refundable. If a vendor cancels, a 10% fee is charged. No refunds
after September 28, 2008
Please note that your electrical needs must not exceed 20
amps. Additional electrical needs will be provided, if possible, by
our electrician for a fee. You must notify us in advance & make
arrangements with Mr. E. J. Simon @ (504) 436-0528 to provide the additional
amperage.

Upon acceptance of your application you will be sent a receipt for booth
rental. In the event your application is denied, your check will be
returned. The insurance certificate must be sent to us no later than
30 days before the festival.
