GUARDIAN ANGEL PLAYERS

Guardian Angel Players is a parish-based community theatre group. The group uses the collaborative art of theatre to bring people together - actors and carpenters, singers and painters, young and old, parochial and public school students, parish members and the wider community. The productions build community and raise funds at the same time. We’ve come a long way since our founding in 2005, and we are looking forward to more plays involving more people. Inspired by Jesus, who knew the value of a good story, the Guardian Angel Players seek to serve the parish and larger community with a theatre program.

This program has four main goals:

• To provide a community building experience that is truly intergenerational, family friendly, and bridge building.
• To foster growth of individuals within themselves and in a group by use of an art form that is by its nature both personal and collaborative.
• To entertain and inspire.
• To be a net financial contributor to the parish.

We seek to accomplish these goals in a way that will bring honor and glory to God and growth and enjoyment to our members and audiences.
