Youth Ministries
Altar Servers
The Ministry of Altar Server is one of our oldest ministries in the Church, but yet a ministry performed by some of our youngest members. The responsibilities entrusted to these young people are significant to our celebration of the Eucharist, not just on Sundays but every day of the week and also at weddings and funerals. Without Altar Servers, our liturgies would be less celebratory and solemn. These Ministers of the Altar provide dignity and flow to our celebration of each Mass. Someone wanting to be an Altar Server must be in the fifth grade or older, and attend the Faith Formation program. Adults are also welcome to be trained as acolytes.

The choir sings one 9:30 Sunday Mass each month during the school year. Those sixth graders and older who have been in the choir for at least one year can serve as youth cantors.
Teen Choir sings at the 9:30 a.m. Mass about 12 times a year. Rehearsals begin at 8:00 a.m. The Choir is open to high school and college students. Eighth graders in the Children's Choir may also be a part of the Teen Choir.

Just 5 Days
Just5Days is a five-day service mission for Catholic middle school youth and their adult leaders providing a hands-on service experience, faith learning, community prayers, and summertime fun.
“Just5Days is a great opportunity for middle schoolers to learn and live in community, serve and focus on their faith. My youth always leave with a better understanding of Catholic social teaching and they really enjoy their week.” – Cynthia, 2017 Adult Participant
“Just5Days was inspiring because we volunteered in the community and got to witness youth from around the country coming together to sing, pray, and serve. I made some great memories!” – Faith, 2017 Youth Participant
